Well, it was a Friday night and I was babysitting my granddaughter. Her mom had to go out around 10:15 p.m. My granddaughter said, “Can you look at my head. It’s so itchy.” So I looked and I almost passed out. I saw so many bugs. I did not know what to do. I immediately asked my husband to run across the street to see if the A&P was opened. He came back with some Pesticide Lice shampoo and I called my daughter and said you have to get here now. We used the pesticide and it did nothing. She still had bugs. I decided to go online and that’s when I found Dale’s ad. I called her at 1 a.m. in the morning and left her a message. It ended up that all 3 of us had it? Well to make a long story short, Dale could not come out that weekend, however, she was so helpful and informative. She gave me several numbers of lice services and I called one that was in my area. It cost me $600.00 for all 3 of us. Every day, I would call Dale and she would help me so much. She sent me her spray and natural lice shampoo and told me to watch her tutorial video on combing the hair. I learned so much about head lice. She was my angel. At this very hard time in life, she explained so much to me and we became friends. She was always there to talk to you and help me where the other lice technician from New Jersey never even called me back or check in to see how I was doing. Dale did all this for my family and I. Dear Dale: I watched your youtube video on lice removal. Nix didn’t work on my daughter so I found your helpful video. I used your comb out method, bought a similar comb, pantene, baking soda. Wow!! I didn’t even try any other lice shampoos. I just concentrated on the combing . The first comb out, I found so many bugs/nits/etc. especially the first 15 minutes of combing. The conditioner was catching live lice! This was 1 day after using nix and spending 1.5 hours combing the previous day. I combed for about 70 minutes using your combing method and the pantene/baking soda. The last 15 minutes, I found no more nits/eggs. I spent another 40 minutes the next day with your combing method and found zero trace of anything. I plan to do a few more combing sessions just to make sure I got every last nit. Dear Dale: I am writing to share with you that my family had a very positive experience with you and your team. When I received the call at work from the nurse informing me that my son had lice, you can only imagine my feelings of panic and shock. What is the best way to treat it? How should I clean ? What steps should I take? What exactly do lice and their eggs look like? I know the nurse sends home a sheet of instructions, but I felt I needed more hand-holding and expert advice. I have friends who have used Dale’s services and so I knew to call her to help. Dale was very professional and calmed me down and told me exactly what to do. She was able to see my son for treatment that same day, along with my husband, other son, and me. Luckily, my son’s case was mild and caught early and yikes, turned out I had an egg in my hair too. Dale gave me a plan and the right products for us and we came back for follow-ups. We also saw 3 other Lice Off Inc. staff members over the days and each was very knowledgeable and were friendly and great with my son and made him feel at ease.
